Normally I wouldn’t give such a low rating for a place I actually love going to. I frequently dine in (every Wednesday) with my sister and always have a great experience, however last night I decided to order it for delivery and was extremely disappointed in what I received. I ordered through a 3rd party and of course there’s always a huge mark up but their food is usually amazing so I don’t mind paying a little extra for the convenience of delivery. I ordered pan fried pork goyzas, FILET MIGNON & FRIED rice. However what I received was regular steak and rice cooked in soy sauce no eggs or vegetables in it. Now the only reason I can possibly think they did this is because since it’s a 3rd party delivery service they can up charge and then also cheat out the customer on the food they actually ordered because the likely hood of the customer driving up there to get it corrected is slim to none. That’s super disheartening as a regular knowing I’m being up charged as much as I am to get the lesser quality meat than I ordered and fried rice not cooked the actual way they cook it when you dine in. My family and I went out for Mother’s Day today and chose to come here! It was my first time and absolutely LOVED it!! I got the filet mignon and salmon with fried rice and it was cooked to perfection. Exactly what I wanted. The chef was absolutely fantastic and energetic, and made you feel included! He was hilarious too! I highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back. The only thing that concerned me is that the floor can be very slippery throughout the restaurant. Everything else was perfect to me.

We ordered from here to go I was never so disappointed about the food on this run. We ordered 5 pork fried rice and 2 large clear soups. $151.00 and it absolutely sucked. The fried rice had maybe 5 little pieces of pork and the clear soup looked like dirty water with stuff floating all in it. I have ordered from here many times and this time absolutely turned my stomach. This is one of my favorite places to eat in or pick up but I may have to find something more consistent for the money we spend ordering.

I ordered two hibachi fried rice sides from this restaurant online. The description on their website says the rice includes egg (“egg only”), and I also requested extra eggs. When I got home, there were no eggs at all in either order, not even the standard amount that’s supposed to come with it. I even took photos, and you can clearly see there are no eggs in the rice. I called the next day to explain the issue. Instead of trying to understand or resolve it, the person I spoke with kept arguing with me and focusing on the extra eggs and saying they couldn’t add those because I hadn’t paid for them online, which is fine. Some places just adjust the amount but they clearly don’t. That’s not the main issue though. I clarified multiple times that even without the extra eggs, the dish is still supposed to include egg by default and mine DID NOT. He insisted that the chefs made it with eggs and said he believed them over me, which was frustrating as a customer. I was basically told to bring the rice back from the night before and they would remake it. Overall, very disappointing experience. The food was incorrect, and the customer service made it worse.

Food is always delicious!! The service is great!! Music and environment is nice and relaxing. Yaya is our waitress she is the best and always remembers our order. It’s always full of people here so we usually dine in without live show. But overall my family loves coming here to eat. We recommend the crispy sushi rolls and chicken and steak fried rice hibachi.
